Reducing Single-Use & Takeaway

Items in Your Business

Welcome and thank you for participating in our survey!

As of June 2021, the City of Toronto has been encouraging businesses to take small actions to eliminate the unnecessary use of singe-use and takeaway items in their operations as part of the Voluntary Measures Program, the first stage of their Reduction Strategy.

As the City of Toronto is preparing to move into the second stage of their Reduction Strategy, where they will be proposing mandatory measures that will restrict single-use and takeaway items through fees and/or require “ask-first/by-request” measures, we would like to gather feedback from businesses in our community on their capacity to work with the city to implement this strategy and how we can support them through it.

Data from this survey may only be shared with government and other parties in a quantitative way. Individual answers that allow for identification will not be shared.

This survey should take only 3 minutes of your time. By completing it, your business will get the opportunity to be part of PHP4 Climate Action's directory of businesses that are working with us towards a more sustainable future.
